Rajas than High court

Even a common man on roads of state of Rajas than can say how the Rajas than High court is corrupt on the administrative side. Recent examination for appointment of Additional District Judges and Jump promotion from sitting judicial officers will reveal that some judges and other concerned were involved in corruption. The reputation of the Chief Justice Jadish Chandra Bhalla had always been in question. Those who are interested to know may go through Internet by writing justice jagadish bhall on any site and may satisfy themselves about the reality. For few days advocates are on strike and a caricature is posted at the doors of the High Court depicting Chief Justice selling posts of Additional District Judges by way of corruption.
The Supreme Court had in good faith desired departmental examination to be held for promotion for service judges but it appears that few High Courts have started business of corruption like Cricket match fixing.
On administrative side the Supreme Court and government should strict action against the erring judges of the High Court and the present Chief Justice whose retirement is just October end should be asked to go on leave till his retirement date. Present In response to the agitation of advocates the Chief Justice has postponed the interviews but has failed to cancel the whole examination process. What is required is the whole examination process should be cancelled and fresh examinations schedule should be issued after his retirement only.The state government should also issue a CBI enquiry against all those who were involved in the process of examination. The present Chief Justice deserves to be exposed to the maximum and not minimum. What a shame to Rajas than Higher judiciary.
